Endurance runner with dimensional stability
The new stainless-steel conveyor rollers with ceramic bearings made of zirconium oxide in PEEK adapters are currently available in the sizes Ø 30mm for a shaft diameter of 8mm and Ø 38mm for a shaft diameter of 10mm. They are characterised by high material stability, excellent temperature and chemical resistance and a low-maintenance, durable design. They are therefore ideal for demanding industrial conveying processes.
Tech up:
- Can be used at temperatures up to +250°C, highly resistant to chemicals

- Low material fatigue leads to longer service life and extended maintenance intervals
Proof:
- Test parameters in the igus laboratory: 50N, 500rpm, 2,800,000 cycles: 40 times longer service life compared to high-temperature plastic material
