The igubal two-hole flange bearing with spherical insert bearing in imperial dimensions offers a reliable and maintenance-free solution for a wide range of applications. Due to identical hole spacing as with conventional FL cast iron housings, it is easily interchangeable and can be integrated into existing systems without difficulty.
The spherical insert bearing with integrated solid lubricants allows for maintenance-free dry operation and permanently replaces the need for external lubrication. This provides both ecological and economic benefits – particularly in continuous operation under demanding conditions where high stiffness and durability are required.
Thanks to the clever undercut in the housing, bearing inserts can be conveniently assembled or disassembled from the rear with a simple 90° turn – tool-free and time-saving.
Like all igubal flange mounted bearings, this version also reliably compensates for misalignments and edge loads. Compared to metallic solutions, it is significantly lighter and resistant to corrosion.
