Wear-resistant plastics for the laser sinter process (SLS)

The igus® plastic powder for laser sintering iglidur® i3 proved to have an abrasion resistance at least 3 times greater than conventional materials for laser sintering in tests conducted at the igus test laboratory. Especially for beta tests, prototypes, small batches or special mechanical engineering, new possibilities arise while designing with wear-stressed parts.
