Arrangement of the guide arch on the substrate

Screwing the guidance to the substrate. At the fixed end, the guidance is screwed to the substrate using the mounting plate.

The side facing the centre of the circular movement is shimmed with the two spacers so that the lower and upper chain runs are perpendicular to each other after assembly.

Mounting the limiting bracket in the centre of the guidance

Screwing the connection element "fixed end" onto the mounting plate (see Fig. 1)

Assembly of 1 or 2 supports for the upper run. Position and hole pattern according to drawing "Top view" (Fig. 5 + Fig. 6)

Adjusting the support of the supports at the angle of the upper run, analogue to step 3

Adaptation of the moving ends to the moving end on the machine side; adjustable angle of inclination
