The i.Cee hardware

i.Cee EC.I

Excess clearance between a chain link's bolt and hole is a clear indication of the decreasing service life of an e-chain system®. The EC.I.SU.02 sensor measures this clearance in unambiguous percentage increments and sends them to the i.Cee:plus module. There, the remaining service life is calculated from movement data from the system's control system and, if necessary, a replacement recommendation is made.

i.Cee:plus II

The i.Cee:plus II module installed in the control cabinet of the machine or directly in the machine collects the sensor data of the energy supply system or the plain bearing and transmits them to the i.Cee software.

In individual project business, the sensors in the energy chain or the plain bearing can of course also communicate directly with your company software. Due to the direct connection of the sensors with the company's own software, this is the most complex, but also the most customised solution.

Your data never leaves your company network, as the i.Cee software only communicates within the networks you specify.
The spectrum ranges from an energy chain within a machine to a machine park and its own output interface.

With this internet-based solution, a distinction is made between sensors that transmit their data directly to the cloud, where it is made available in a protected area via a browser dashboard. With the second option, the data makes an intermediate stop via i.Cee.net, a so-called data concentrator. The i.Cee.net is located on your site, which means you can stop or adjust the data exchange to the cloud at any time.
