Super-Alu-guide trough installation video + instructions

Fasten mounting sets Basic inside 3a or outside 3b (check whether the strength of the fastening is sufficient). Ensure that the mounting sets and connectors protrude halfway out of the trough and that the sliding nut is correctly inserted into the C-profile.

The rubber noise damping profile is cut to the length of the trough (standard 2m) and pressed into the groove shown by hand. (Picture shows the left side. Right side is mirror-inverted. To be repeated for all plain trough sections)

1 Join both trough side parts by pushing them together (provide at least +2 mm clearance!).
2 + 3 Cover half of each channel segment with the installation set.

1 Set the required minimum "chain/trough" play of 2 mm on both sides.
2 Test whether the e-chain® runs smoothly and trouble-free in the guide channel. For centre-fixed with KMA, please note the KMAwidth.
3 Once you have set the minimum clearance and all channel segments are aligned, tighten all screw connections on the trough. Ensure that the sliding nut is installed in the correct direction (see detail) Tightening torques for fastening screws of the mounting sets: M6: 10 Nm / M8: 23 Nm
