Heavy-duty triflex R TRHD.142.300.0
The heavy-duty triflex® R (TRHD.142.300.0) is characterised in particular by its high breaking force, robust design, suitability for conveyor systems and large, cable-friendly interior.
When igus developed the TRHD.142.300.0, it focussed on high stability combined with good and safe handling of the e-chain®. For example, the internal stop-dog system is a huge advantage as there is no crushing hazard when the e-chain® is carried. In addition, the small ventilation holes ensure heat dissipation from the cable.
The original area of application for this heavy-duty 3D chain is shore power, where it supplies power to electric inland vessels with the help of the further developed e-dispenser 2.0.

Options for mounting brackets
With flange
We recommend using the flange mounting bracket for large and heavy cables. The screw connection between triflex R HD and the mounting bracket creates an optimum connection, which also simplifies strain relief of the cables.
Without strain relief
Sometimes strain relief at the end of the triflex R HD is not feasible or necessary because it has already been released at another position. However, fixing the triflex R HD is essential in any case and can be ensured with this mounting bracket.

Easy to use in existing systems

The e-dispenser is the conveyor unit for the TRHD.142.300.0, which can be integrated into various customer structures as well as into igus' own dispenser solutions. With the e-dispenser, the TRHD.142 including charging connector can be safely lowered onto the vehicle to be charged - whether on land or water. More than twice the breaking strength with the TRHD.142.300.0 compared to the next smaller 125 size.
