The drylin® toothed belt axis series is extended by a new modular version for installation size 10. The flat linear axis ZLW-10120 with 120mm width is completely made of stainless steel and has an installation height of only 40mm. Based on the drylin® W stainless steel profile guide, the linear carriage is driven by a neoprene toothed belt and is ready-to-connect to drylin® E stepper, DC and EC/BLDC motors.
The linear axis is corrosion-free and particularly suitable for contact with water and media and in environments requiring intensive cleaning. The robust construction with lubrication-free drylin® W linear plain bearings ensures a long service life and maintenance-free operation.

In order to be able to provide a stainless steel linear axis for smaller installation spaces, igus® has developed the ZLW 10 series. Optionally, it can be supplied ready for connection to stepper or DC motors, so that the installation effort is as low as possible. With the two single rails, the linear axis is significantly lighter and it saves weight.
