The paint shop is a sensitive environment. No foreign bodies may contaminate the paint and explosion protection must also be observed. The paints used play a role here, but accidents can also be prevented with the right tools and machines. In addition to energy chains made of particularly abrasion-resistant material, we therefore also offer several models made of conductive ESD material.

Repair cell for paint damage at SEAT

The Spanish company Procon has developed a system that automatically recognises and repairs paint damage in car bodies. The pivot arms are equipped with our triflex energy chain. The advantage for the customer here is the high flexibility of the energy chain, which at the same time has a firmly defined bend radius and thus protects the cable inside. In addition, cables can be easily removed from or inserted into the chain.

• After installation: regular inspection and maintenance of your energy chain and condition monitoring systems
• At the end of the life cycle, we take the energy chain back and recycle it
